Important Notice: Shipping Launch Date

Please note that all shipping and order collections will commence in February 2026.

Orders placed prior to this date will be treated as pre-orders and will be dispatched as soon as operations begin.

 

Local Delivery (South Africa)

We offer reliable shipping options to get your order to you as quickly as possible once shipping commences.

 

1. Pick Up in Durban

Cost: Free

Details: Collection locations and times are to be confirmed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection in February 2026.

 

2. The Courier Guy: Locker

Cost: R85.00

Details: Secure delivery to a designated locker for your convenience country wide.

 

3. The Courier Guy: Home Deliveries

Cost: R125

Details: Door-to-door delivery to your home or office address.

 

Delivery Estimates:

Once shipping commences, local orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Order Processing

Dispatch Schedule: Starting in February 2026, orders will be packed and processed every Tuesday and Thursday.

 

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on a processing day will likely be dispatched on the following scheduled processing day.

 

Refunds: We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be undamaged within the original packaging. To request a return, please email info@thezaraadventures.com with your order number, and a member of our team will contact you shortly to assist with the process.

 

International Shipping

We are proud to ship our products globally.

Courier: International orders are shipped via DHL or The Courier Guy

 

Delivery Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery once the parcel has been dispatched.

 

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns: We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched (from February 2026 onwards), you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If you receive a damaged product or if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe after the February 2026 launch, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the courier: info@thezaraadventures.com 

 

eBook Deliveries

 

As we sell digital products, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link to access your ebook immediately. Downloads are available for 3 days and can be downloaded 3 times. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and compatible device to download and view your files.
